Child Policy:
Child 0-3 years sharing parents' room - free of charge. Child cot, free of charge (based on availability).
Children 4-11 years sharing parents’ bed – child food supplement applies. Extra bed can be provided at an additional charge per night per bed of USD 30.
Children 12 years and above are considered as adults – extra bed provided. Triple (adult) rates apply.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations of single or multiple nights duration cancelled WITHIN 07 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the value of the first night’s booking and 25% for subsequent nights. No shows will be charged the full value of the booking..
Reservations cancelled between 7 and 14 days BEFORE arrival will be charged 25% of the total value of the booking.
Reservations cancelled PRIOR to 14 days before arrival will not be liable to cancellation charges.

Check out time: 10.30 a.m.
Payment Policy:
An advance payment may be requested depending on the period booked in order to secure a confirmed booking.
Double/Triple Occupancy Villas (approximately 1,800 sq ft / 167 sq m)
Each villa is complete with a living room, bedroom, private terrace and amenities. Generous use of glass provides a stupendous experience of waking up in your plush bed to an unrestricted panoramic view of the mysterious and magical forest around you. Private but open to sky bathrooms add a touch of exotic tropical thrill to the understated elegance of the villas. Each villa is designed for double or triple occupancy.
Family Villa (approximately 2,600 sq ft / 240 sq m)
The villa features two separate bedrooms, each designed for double occupancy, with the option of including a third bed. Complete with living/dining room, terrace, 2 open air bathrooms and all amenities, the Family Villa also features a private balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding forest landscape.
