Terms and Conditions

One night equals one point. A three night stay will award the member 3 points. This excludes promotions with free night stays. Points are awarded for nights paid for (promotions such as 3 for 2 deal will award 2 points).

Points are valid for up to 3 years for Bronze and Silver, and 2 years for Platinum and Gold membership levels.

Guests must specify membership number upon booking.

Wild Grass Specials refer to activities available at Wild Grass Nature Resort. See the full list here.

Other promotions (incl. card promotions) cannot be combined with the membership discounts and offers.

Deluxe Villas: Points will be awarded to one membership number.

Family Villas: Points can be split between two membership numbers.

Personal information may be used for marketing purposes, but will never be shared with third parties. 

Discounts available on Half or Full Board/ double or triple occupancy basis.

Full amount to be paid up front. Cancellation possible up to 7 days prior to arrival at a fee of USD 50. Cancellation 1-6 days prior to arrival are non refundable.
