Wild Grass has just eight villas spread across 25 acres of nature near Sigiriya, giving each villa an unusual sense of space and privacy. Mature trees and vegetation have been retained around the villas, allowing the landscape to remain an important part of the experience.The villas are also exceptionally spacious, from one-bedroom villas of more than 160 sqm to family villas exceeding 400 sqm, with private-pool options available. Rather than a conventional hotel layout, Wild Grass offers a low-density stay surrounded by nature, while remaining within easy reach of Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Dambulla and the Cultural Triangle.

Our two-bedroom Deluxe Family, Superior Family and Premium Family villas are designed for families and groups. Depending on the villa and the combination of adults and children, our family villas can accommodate up to eight guests. The one-bedroom Premium Villa with Private Pool has its own large private pool and 200 sqm of space. Our two-bedroom Premium Family Villa with Private Pool also has a large private pool and approximately 400 sqm of space.

Wild Grass has only eight villas across 25 acres. Villas are positioned apart from one another and surrounded by the existing landscape, giving guests considerably more privacy and space than a conventional hotel layout.

Extra single beds can be added to selected villas depending on the villa type and guest configuration. As the available arrangements differ between villas, we recommend including the correct number and ages of guests when booking or contacting us for the most suitable setup.

Wild Grass offers one- and two-bedroom villas across three categories: Deluxe, Superior and Premium with Private Pool.
