Cancellation Policy: (Effective as of January 1st 2025)
Bookings made directly with the hotel using its special offers or promo codes via the hotel website's booking link or through the hotel's email are non refundable. Date changes are possible two weeks prior to stay dates based on availability and based on the prevailing rate during the booking period.
For all other bookings:
Cancellation Policy - For bookings made for stays* during July/August, and December through March:

Free cancellation - You may cancel free of charge 21 days before the arrival date. You will be charged the total amount of the reservation value if you cancel within 21 days of the arrival date.

• Child 0-4 years sharing parents' room: free of charge. Child cot, free of charge (based on availability).
• Children 5-11 years sharing parents’ bed: child food supplement applies. Extra bed of the same quality as regular beds provided in the villa can be provided at an additional charge per night per bed of USD 30 (non-commissionable).
• Children 12 years and above are considered as adults – extra bed provided. Adult rates apply.
