Cancellation Policy: 
 

Cancellation Policy -  For bookings made for travel during July/August, and December through February:

• Free cancellation - You may cancel free of charge 7 days before the arrival date. You will be charged the total amount of the reservation value if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date.

• No Show or Early Departure - 100% Retention Charge

• Free cancellation - You may cancel free of charge 48 hrs before the arrival date. You will be charged the total amount of the reservation value if you cancel within 48 hrs of the arrival date.

• No Show or Early Departure - 100% Retention Charge

2. Guests booking via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to check cancellation policies provided in the respective booking platforms.
    

 

Check-in & Check-Out Policy
 

• Check-in time: 1:30 pm.

• Check-out time: 10:00 am.

• Early check-in/late check-out will be provided subject to availability and upon confirmation by the hotel one day before scheduled arrival.
